Assist Senior BI Engineers with administration and troubleshooting of the reporting infrastructure |

Document reporting environments and processes |

Required Skills: |
| » |
2-4 years with Cognos ReportNet and Cognos Series 7 and 8 |
| » |
2-4 years experience with Oracle database development - current experience with Oracle 10g. |
| » |
Excellent SQL and PL/SQL coding skills, particularly experience with analytic functions. Excellent communication, problem-solving and teaming skills. |
| » |
Knowledge of Cognos backend administration. |

Responsibilities: |

Must be able to complete Programming/analysis tasks, including estimating, analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, implementation of programs and production support. |

Participates in the development of Data mart. |
| » |
Effectively handles multiple tasks. Develops and tests tools utilizing industry best practices. |
| » |
Design and develop ETL solutions using Informatica, including process flow, data flow, source -to-target mappings, physical database designs, and data models. |
| » |
Perform impact analysis on required changes to data and data structures. |
| » |
Maintain Informatica ETL processes |
| » |
Create SQL queries, tables, indexes w/ knowledge of data types, tuning Assist with the source-to-target mappings design |
| » |
Develop batch ETL applications using Informatica data integration tool set to populate the data warehouse and various application databases |
| » |
Ability to work in a fast paced, environment where in-depth knowledge of technology, hard work and ingenuity are highly appreciated. |
| » |
The candidate must also be well versed in data mart design and development methodologies and architectures |
